Melanie’s listing in Rock Hill was a “coming soon” and was SO BEYOND misleading. We traveled 6hrs to preview the property, but the smell, animal feces, and horrific environment were so potent that I couldn’t even take 3 steps in without gagging and immediately walked out. She could have and SHOULD have noted in the listing that it was a fixer upper, needing TLC, needing updating, unlivable! I will admit that it was great marketing but AWFUL and MISLEADING. Do better next time Melanie!
